Picture Day
Is your child's school working with us?
Picture Day is booked directly with your child's school — not with individual parents. If your school works with The Missing Sock, reach out to your school administrator to find your specific Picture Day date. Once photos are taken, gallery access is sent directly from us to the email you registered with.

Mini Sessions

A few times a year, we host Mini Sessions at our dedicated studio, open to any family, whether or not your school works with us. Each season brings a new themed backdrop and a fast, easy 20-minute session, perfect for a quick family update without booking a full private session.

How do I find my Picture Day gallery?

If you registered online, your gallery access was emailed automatically to the address you provided at registration — check your inbox (and spam folder). If your child's photos came from a school roster and we don't have your contact info on file, email us at Support@themissingsock.photo and we'll track it down for you.
My child missed Picture Day — what now?

You have a few options: a full refund, a credit valid for one year, or a spot at our Retake Day if one is scheduled for your school. Request a refund or credit here, or see our Cancellation Policy for full details.
What's the difference between Mini Sessions and Family Sessions?

Mini Sessions are seasonal studio sessions with our custom-designed backdrops — parents can join in the photos too. Family Sessions are lifestyle sessions, shot outdoors or wherever your family chooses, using natural light for a more relaxed, true-to-life feel.
